The TrueNorth Commons Business Improvement District is located in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. The District was established to provide for the financing of public improvements and services which benefit the commercial properties within the District. The Board of Directors have scheduled regular meetings for the third Thursday of odd months at 9:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
